A calculator, not an adviser.

By using Early Pay Terms, you agree to review every calculation and payment term before sending it to a customer.

What the product does

Early Pay Terms applies the amounts, percentage, tax treatment, dates, and rounding method you select. It creates a payment card and, with Plus, a receipt record. It does not issue invoices, collect money, verify bank settlement, make accounting entries, or determine which regional tax rule applies.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the input, the contractual terms, and compliance with tax, accounting, and consumer laws. The product is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Independently check high-value or unusual invoices.

Plus license

Plus is a US$19 one-time purchase for the current product. It unlocks saved versions, reusable templates, and paid-on-time receipts. The free calculator, payment card, accessibility features, safety notices, and data export remain available without a license. A license is for the purchaser’s own business use and may be restored on their devices.

Checkout and refunds

Sociobot is the merchant of record and operates the hosted checkout. Its payment partner may process transaction data. Refund requests are handled by Sociobot; a refund or chargeback revokes the related license automatically. No payment provider is embedded in this app.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided “as is” under the MIT License, without warranties of correctness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made from unchecked output.

Fair use and changes

Do not interfere with the license service or use the product unlawfully. We may update the software and these terms as the product improves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
